Reach Out with Ranger Rich

Ranger Rich helps to inspire kids to engage with nature! We read a couple of story books and have a ranger backpack full of the things a ranger needs for the job. Karl the Koala (who is a puppet) helps us understand habitat and why its important to look after trees and the forest. We also discuss and enact how we can help keep the environment clean and protect wildlife. At the end the kids all get a badge and a notebook to take home. So they can be little rangers themselves!
