Lake Victoria to Buckley Park Foreshore Walk
April 6, 2014Free
We will walk along the track to Buckley Park and explore the Moonah woodlands. For children and/or parents who are interested, you will have the opportunity to learn about the migratory wader birds and hear about the long journeys they take from the other side of the world. Bruce from Geelong Field Naturalists will help you identify some birds and you might like to try some observing and recording!
BYO binoculars (if you have them), hats, sunscreen, water etc. and BYO picnic lunch.
