Kids Sustainability and Nature Play workshop
April 20, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pmFree
To celebrate Nature Play Week Darebin City Council and Little Sprouts Program are hosting a free nature play event for families with children aged 0-5 years.
Nature play has clear benefits for children’s development including improving gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination and promoting health and wellbeing through
active movement and creative play activities.
Join Little Sprouts Program as they engage children in a range of activities such as sensory nature play, recycled nature art, making seed balls and recycled paper. Children will also get to plant their own plant to take home and care for.
Places are limited. Bookings essential. Parents/carers participate in the program with children and must provide active supervision during the session.
